Returns and refunds

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email makronyc@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Contact us before sending items back.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or fit-related returns. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a resolution and cover return shipping where required.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you of approval or any eligibility issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
